The NFA has announced that all forex managers will need to take a new exam called the Series 34 exam. This will apply to all CPOs, CTAs, IBs, and APs which engage in any sort of advice with regard to retail off-exchange foreign exchange (”Forex” or “Fx”) transactions. More information on the new Series 34 exam will be forthcoming.
